It is gent's watch fob knife.
The ornate case is 2-1/8" long, and is engraved with a geometric pattern.
The ring is engraved "J. & C. N. Co. Quality".
It is in excellent condition.
One blade is 7/8" long, and the other is 1-1/8" long.
The blades are in good condition. They are not marked.
