Vintage Ornate Cigar Cutter Fob

Here is treasure, from the past.
It is an ornate cheroot or tiny cigar cutter.
It was a fob, for a gent's watch chain.
The blade is pushed in to cut off the tip.
It can also be opened and used to cut larger cigars.
It is silver-plated, and is in excellent condition.
